บ้านเฮา เดลิเวอรีเป็นแอปส่งอาหาร เครื่องดื่ม ของชำ และของใช้จำเป็นในหมู่บ้านไทย เราเก็บข้อมูลเท่าที่จำเป็นเพื่อให้ลูกค้า ร้านค้า ครัวบ้าน ร้านของชำ คนส่ง และทีมช่วยเหลือใช้งานได้อย่างปลอดภัยและสะดวก

ข้อมูลที่เราอาจเก็บ
- ชื่อ เบอร์โทรศัพท์ หมู่บ้าน/พื้นที่ ที่อยู่ และข้อมูลติดต่อ
- PIN สำหรับเข้าใช้งานบัญชี โดยใช้เพื่อยืนยันผู้ใช้ภายในแอป

- ส่งการแจ้งเตือนเกี่ยวกับออเดอร์ ข้อความ แชท การชำระเงิน และสถานะการจัดส่ง
- ตรวจสอบใบสมัคร ร้านค้า เมนู สินค้า รูปภาพ รีวิว และความปลอดภัยของระบบ

การแชร์ข้อมูล
เราแชร์เฉพาะข้อมูลที่จำเป็นกับผู้เกี่ยวข้องในออเดอร์ เช่น ลูกค้า ร้านค้า ครัวบ้าน ร้านของชำ คนส่ง และทีมช่วยเหลือ เพื่อให้ออเดอร์สำเร็จ เช่น ชื่อ เบอร์โทร ที่อยู่ รายการสินค้า ยอดชำระ จุดรับสินค้า จุดส่งสินค้า และข้อความแชทของออเดอร์ เราไม่ขายข้อมูลส่วนตัวของผู้ใช้
บริการภายนอกที่เกี่ยวข้อง
แอปอาจใช้บริการภายนอกเพื่อให้ระบบทำงาน เช่น Supabase สำหรับฐานข้อมูลและจัดเก็บไฟล์, Expo/Firebase สำหรับการแจ้งเตือน, Google Maps หรือ OpenStreetMap สำหรับแผนที่และเส้นทาง, และบริการ SMS หากเปิดใช้ OTP ในอนาคต ข้อมูลจะถูกใช้เท่าที่จำเป็นต่อการให้บริการเท่านั้น
ข้อมูลตำแหน่ง
แอปใช้ตำแหน่งเพื่อปักหมุดที่อยู่ คำนวณค่าส่ง แสดงเส้นทาง และติดตามคนส่งระหว่างงานจัดส่ง ร้านค้า/ครัวบ้าน/ร้านของชำต้องมีจุดรับสินค้าที่ถูกต้องก่อนเปิดรับออเดอร์ ผู้ใช้สามารถปิดหรือจัดการสิทธิ์ตำแหน่งได้จากการตั้งค่าของอุปกรณ์ แต่บางฟีเจอร์อาจทำงานไม่สมบูรณ์หากไม่มีตำแหน่ง
การชำระเงิน
ในระยะ MVP ลูกค้าชำระเงินโดย QR ให้ร้านค้า/ครัวบ้าน/ร้านของชำโดยตรง แอปอาจแสดงหรือจัดเก็บรูป QR ที่พาร์ทเนอร์อัปโหลด แต่แอปไม่ได้ประมวลผลบัตรเครดิตหรือถือเงินของลูกค้าโดยตรง
ความปลอดภัยของข้อมูล
เราใช้บริการโฮสต์และฐานข้อมูลที่มีมาตรการรักษาความปลอดภัย เช่น การเชื่อมต่อผ่าน HTTPS และการควบคุมสิทธิ์ฐานข้อมูล อย่างไรก็ตาม ไม่มีระบบใดปลอดภัย 100% ผู้ใช้ควรเก็บ PIN และข้อมูลส่วนตัวไว้อย่างระมัดระวัง
การเก็บรักษาและการลบข้อมูล

Baan Hao Delivery is a village delivery app for food, drinks, groceries, and daily essentials in Thailand. We collect only the information needed to help customers, shops, home kitchens, grocery stores, drivers, and support teams use the service safely and smoothly.

Information We May Collect
- Name, phone number, village/area, address, and contact details
- Account PIN used to verify access inside the app
- Map pins, GPS-based address information, and location data used for delivery fee calculation, pickup, drop-off, and active delivery tracking
- Order details such as seller, items, quantity, price, delivery fee, order status, and order history
- Seller and driver application information, including app display name, legal name, phone number, vehicle details, opening hours, and approval status
- Uploaded photos, including menu photos, product photos, shop photos, payment QR images, vehicle photos, and application review documents
- Order chat messages, reviews, support messages, and service notes
- Device-related information needed for app notifications, such as push notification tokens and online status when a seller or driver goes online
How We Use Information
- To create and manage customer, seller, and driver accounts
- To receive, track, cancel, complete, and manage orders
- To calculate distance and delivery fees and apply delivery area limits
- To show maps, pickup points, drop-off points, and active driver location during delivery
- To send notifications about orders, chat, payment, pickup, and delivery status
- To review partner applications, menu items, product photos, reviews, and service safety
- To contact users about orders, account issues, payment issues, or support requests
Sharing Information
We share only the information needed with people involved in an order, such as the customer, seller, driver, and support team. This may include name, phone number, address, items ordered, payment amount, pickup/drop-off pins, and order chat messages. We do not sell users' personal data.
Third-Party Services
The app may use third-party services to operate, including Supabase for database and file storage, Expo/Firebase for notifications, Google Maps or OpenStreetMap for maps and routes, and an SMS provider if OTP is enabled in the future. These services receive data only as needed for app functionality.
Location Data
The app uses location data to confirm delivery pins, calculate delivery fees, show routes, and track drivers during active delivery jobs. Sellers need a valid pickup location before taking orders. Users can manage location permissions in device settings, but some delivery features may not work without location access.
Payments
In the MVP phase, customers pay sellers directly by QR payment. The app may display or store payment QR images uploaded by sellers, but the app does not directly process card payments or hold customer funds.
Security
We use hosted services and security practices such as HTTPS connections and database access controls to protect user data. No system is guaranteed to be 100% secure, so users should keep their PIN and personal information safe.
Retention and Deletion
We keep information as long as needed to provide the service, maintain order history, support users, protect safety, review abuse, and meet legal requirements. Users can request account or personal data deletion through LINE Support inside the app or through our Account Deletion page.
Children
This app is not designed to knowingly collect personal information from children. If a parent or guardian believes a child submitted personal information without permission, please contact us so we can review or delete the information.
This policy may be updated as Baan Hao Delivery adds features. The latest version will remain available on this page.
